Privacy Policy

Tiny & Milo is made by Open Mind Studio LLC, a company based in Georgia, operating the website https://openmind.kids/. Tiny & Milo is an educational app designed specifically for children, with short videos, mini-games, and skill-building activities.

Because our audience is children, we have built the app around one principle: collect as little data as humanly possible. This policy explains, in plain English, what that means in practice.

We do not collect any of the following from children using Tiny & Milo:

• Personal information such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, or photo
• Behavioral tracking data used for advertising or profiling
• Location data of any kind (no GPS, no IP-based geolocation for tracking)
• Access to contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library
• Any data that we sell, rent, or share with advertisers or data brokers

We collect the bare minimum needed to operate the app:

• Anonymous subscription information through Apple. When a parent purchases a subscription, Apple handles billing. We receive only an anonymized transaction ID needed to validate the subscription. We never see names, emails, or payment details.
• Anonymous crash logs and basic technical diagnostics through Apple, and only if the parent has enabled "Share with Developers" at the iOS level. These help us fix bugs and contain no personal information.
• Local app preferences — settings such as sound on/off, language, and the parental PIN. These are stored only on the device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.

Tiny & Milo does not include any third-party SDKs that collect data from children. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no behavioral ad network, and no cross-app tracking.

If we ever introduce a new third-party service in the future, this policy will be updated and parents will be notified inside the app before the change takes effect.

Tiny & Milo includes a Parental Settings area protected by a PIN gate. All purchases, subscription management, and account-related actions are placed behind this PIN to prevent accidental purchases or changes by a child.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store, or have access to credit card or banking information. Parents manage and cancel subscriptions directly through their Apple ID account settings.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain on our servers beyond what lives on the device itself. App preferences stay on the device until the app is uninstalled.

We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent believes their child has somehow submitted personal information to us, please contact us at openmindstudioapp@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.

Under COPPA and GDPR-K, parents have the right to:

• Review what data (if any) is associated with their child
• Request deletion of any such data
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's information

Tiny & Milo is operated from Georgia, and any minimal data we process may be processed there. Parents in the EU and UK have additional rights under GDPR, including the right of access, deletion, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting children will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
